Appointments
At House of Salgado, we are always available to serve the business community during regular office hours. However, making an appointment to spend time with Mark or Antonio ensures that we will prepare in advance all the details required to save you time and provide you with the best, and most efficient, service.
Consultation
Appointments should be made for the initial consultation, during which time we will have the opportunity to get to know your needs and can determine the best style and cut for you. We will then be able to help you make informed choices from a selection of fabrics for suits, shirts and a variety of leathers for shoes. Measurements will be taken at this time and your personal style preferences will be noted.
Once we've completed the initial consultation, all your measurements and details are then kept on file and you become one of our VIP customers.
Suit Fittings
We also offer appointments for fittings, which normally take place approximately two-weeks after the first consultation. At this point, your suit jacket is in the initial stage of construction. The jacket is adjusted and perfectly balanced on your body by the fitter to ensure a perfect fit and then sent back for re-cutting to be completed.
On some occasions, when many adjustments have been made during this fitting, a second fitting, or "slip-on", is recommended before the jacket is completed.
Pick Up
When you book an appointment to pick up your order, you can be assured that everything will be ready to be tried on one last time, thereby, ensuring the proper fit of your garment(s). We will also be happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have about the item(s) you have purchased and how they will enhance your appearance.
Saturdays
If Saturday is the only day that you are available for an initial consultation, an appointment is required. Mark or Antonio will be happy to meet you at the store at the appointed time. Since Saturdays are more informal, we would love to share a latte or cappuccino with you while discussing your wardrobe needs and desires.
